12-18 Transmission Removal
Transmission can be dismantled from the vehicle as alone.
To dismantle the transmission, follow the steps in below.

[1] Remove the drive shafts (both side) . The same procedure for petrol powered “i” can be applied.
[2] Disconnect the connectors for inhibitor switch(2 connectors).
[3] Remove the shift cable and breather hose.
[4] Loosen the electrical motor mounting bolts (Do not remove the bolts yet)
[5] Hold up the motor by jack, and remove the remove the all motor mounting bolts.
