Troubleshooting
13-2 Charging cable plug inspection
Check the gun, plug and cable, and conform there is no damage, rust or corrosion.
If there is, replace the cable ass’y to brand new one.
If there is no damage, rust or corrosion, check the connectivity at the positions shown in below.
Connect plug Charging gun At normal condition
Terminal №１ Terminal №１
Terminal № 2 Terminal № 2 Connectivity will be observed.
Terminal № 3 Terminal № 5
Check the connectivity between No. 4 and No.5 at charging gun.
Button at charging gun At normal condition
Without pushing the button 135-145Ω [at 20℃]
While pushing the button 432-528Ω [at 20℃]
