Dual Vocational Scholarship does not only prioritize employees who are ready to work, but it also provides
opportunities for Bachelor’s degree and advanced vocational degree students to gain business skills and aptitude

Operational Management Trainee and Retail Management Trainee Program

The Company offers opportunities for young talents to attend training programs and learn necessary skills
for working with the Company as Sales Manager and Head of Product Management positions.
Qualified candidates are selected from an aptitude test and a screening process. The qualified candidates
would join in the workplace skills activities for creating a good quality of employees to the Company.
