Where X1,X2,d1 and d1 are the dose or dose rate
at distance d1 and at distance d2 respectively from the
radiation source. Dose at distance d2 is predetermined
value according to the radiation protection personnel,
so the actual value d2 which determine the border be-
tween zone 1 and zone 2 can be established.

Each zone has to be clearly designated by using ra-
diation sign with the information of radiation level, type
of radiation, the strength of radiation source and con-
tact information of responsible personnel. Legal ion-
ization radiation hazard sign is described by the black
