SUPPLIES FOR PACKETS: All supplies are located ICU in the far right two cabinets with labels for each of the
components.

EMPTY FOLDERS ARE KEPT IN THE CABINET IN EXAM ROOM 3. EXTRA PREPARED FOLDERS ARE

KEPT IN ICU TREATMENT IN THE FAR RIGHT CABINET.

FULL PACKETS - WHERE AND HOW MANY: Every Monday by 5 PM a minimum of 5 of each packet filled
packets (puppy, kitten, and new clients) in each of the 4 exam rooms are ready for clients. More is even
better. They are located in the lower drawers within easy reach for staff and doctors.

MAKE 5 PER ROOM. Place them in the 2 drawer in each exam room.
