Solar Energy, Geothermal, Biological waste generated energy”. Green economy and renewable energy, environmentally
sensitive technologies and renewable energy are seen as the most important components of sustainable development.
Grant support renewable energy in Turkey is increasing every passing day. The state has succeeded in improving the
entrepreneurship in this area. Many renewable energy grant schemes, especially solar energy incentive credits to energy
investments, contribute to the development of the potentials of energy sector investors. Grants and credits given to GES
investments in particular The TKDK grant credits granted by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock and the
European Union IPARD program grants support the energy sector in a number of areas. The following incentives are
on the agenda in this area; “Ministry of Economy Investment Incentives (wind energy investment incentives, thermal
power plant incentives, renewable energy incentives); EU Funds European Union Energy grants and TurSEFF energy
efficiency credits; TTGV Environmental Protection Program for Technology Development Foundation of Turkey
