Bu çalışma 2015 yılı büyükler görme engelliler kadın judo milli takımında yer alan sporcuların benlik saygısının
bazı değişkenlere göre sportif performansa etkisini incelemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak planlanmıştır. Araştırmanın
örneklemini Görme engelli büyük bayan judo milli takımını oluşturan 15 sporcu oluşturmaktadır. Sporculara mesleki
benlik saygılarını değerlendirmek üzere Arıcak (1999) tarafından geliştirilen “Arıcak Mesleki Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği”
uygulanmış ve IBSA (Dünya Görme Engelliler Spor Federasyonu) resmi sayfasından sporculara ait uluslararası
müsabaka sonuçları incelenmiştir. Sporculara bazı demografik bilgiler Kişisel Bilgi Formu ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin
analizinde Spearman’s Korelasyon Analizi (Benlik saygısı, toplam madalya puanı; judo müsabakalarındaki başarısı ve
yaş arasında ki ilişki) ve Kruskal Wallis Test Analizi (alınan toplam madalya sayısının puan karşılığı ile judo yapma yaşı
arasındaki ilişki) kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar SPSS istatistik programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, Benlik
saygısı, toplam madalya puanı (judo müsabakalarındaki başarısı) ve yaş arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı, ayrıca
alınan toplam madalya puanı ve benlik saygısı puanı, judoya başlama yaşına göre farklılaşma olmadığı görülmüştür.

BLIND SENIOR WOMEN JUDO NATIONAL TEAM SPORTS
INVESTIGATION OF SPORTS AND PERFORMANCE EFFECT BY SOME VARIABLES

This study was designed as a descriptive study to examine the effect of 2015 senior visually impaired on sport
performance according to some variables of the self-esteem of athletes in the female judo national team. The sample
of the study consists of 15 judo athletes who constitute the national team with the visually impaired big female judo.
In order to evaluate the professional self esteem of the sportsmen, “Arıcak Vocational Self-Respect Scale” developed
by Arıcak (1999) was applied and the international competition results of the athletes from the IBSA (International
Blind Sports Federation) official website page were examined. Some demographic information was obtained from the
Personal Information Form for the judo athelets. In the analysis of the data, Spearman’s Correlation Analysis (self-
esteem, total medal score, relationship between success in judo competitions and age) and Kruskal Wallis Test Analysis
(correlation between the total number of medals won and the age of judo making) was used. The results were evaluated
by SPSS statistical program. As a result of the research, it was seen that there was no meaningful relationship between
self-esteem, total medal score (success in judo competitions) and age, as well as total medal score and self-esteem score,
no difference according to the age of initiation of judo.
