SOFT GROUTING − THIS IS HOW IT WORKS

You know which tile profile you would like to install or has already been installed?
Please take this information and select your profile series from the table below. Depending on the profile series, you will
receive 1 to 2 light colours for your profile to choose from. After determining the desired light colour, find out the article
number of your soft cast. Smallest possible length 80 mm, longest possible length 2980 mm [depending on the length of
the profile]. Tolerance +/- 2mm
You will receive a customised / encapsulated LED stripe incl. 3m feed and open tinned wire ends. You can press this stripe
into your existing or separately available profile and remove it again if required.

HARD GROUTING − THIS IS HOW IT WORKS
Do you have a heavy-duty application, e.g. walkable or water-protected?
Select the appropriate profile and end caps [if available] for your application. Please make sure that you select a profile that
covers the required minimum inner profile width. This ensures that the LED strip is completely enclosed by the potting
compound [floating potting, IP68 guaranteed]. The required minimum inner profile width can be found in the table below.
After determining your profile and the desired light colour, please also refer to the table for the article number of your hard
encapsulation. Smallest possible length 80 mm, longest possible length 3980 mm [depending on the length of the profile].
Tolerance +/- 2mm
You will receive a customised / encapsulated LED stripe in an optionally selected profile with a 3m-feed and open tinned wire
ends. Make sure not to deform the encapsulated profile during installation.

GENERAL INFORMATION
A required potting projection of at least 30 mm is included in the requested dimension. This ensures tightness on the cable
side and on the end piece. If a desired dimension is specified for which the potting projection cannot be maintained, the LED
stripe is shortened by one segment and conveyed.
The prices quoted are per running metre. Invoicing is per metre or part thereof. Please note that after delivery we cannot
accept any liability for further treatment or processing on your part or for positioning and attachment. As this is a custommade
product, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
