Measures for Guest Administration Offices at Ko
Samui, Ko Pha-ngan and Ko Tao Ports
5. Operational Guidelines
5.1 After tourists undergo the Sealed Route procedures for 7 days and travel to
Ko Pha-ngan and Ko Tao.
- Ko Samui’s designated ports which are allowed to operate transfer service
between Ko Tao and Ko Pha-ngan are Lomprayah Pier, Na Phra Lan Pier,
Buri Rasa Pier (hotel guests only), and Phu Yai Non Piert. Ko Pha-ngan’s
designated port is Thong Sala Pier and Ko Tao’s designated port is Ban Mae
Hat Pier (Sala Vibhavadi).
- When tourists arrive at Ko Pha-ngan and Ko Tao ports, operational staff will
let them check-in by using IT platform or application as prescribed by the
government and inspect their travel route.
If the check-in system has any technical issues or failure, tourists can show their
ID cards/passports or copy of those documents to staff to check their records.
- Public Health Officers and Village Health Volunteers perform the entry
screening and temperature checking.
- Tourists with body temperature higher than 37.5 °C should rest for 5-15
minutes, then recheck temperature again. If the tourists still have high
temperature, officers should do their background checks and send them to
the nearest hospital.
