Measures for Guest Administration Offices at Ko

Samui, Ko Pha-ngan and Ko Tao Ports

1. Objective

To provide practical guidance for related agencies working at guest administration offices
of Ko Samui, Ko Pha-ngan and Ko Tao ports. They are advised to strictly follow the

D-M-H-T-T-A precautions and health screening procedures to building confidence in health
and safety standards in tourism.

2. Scope

This handout provides details of standard operating procedures for related agencies to help
them manage and provide accurate services for fully vaccinated foreign tourists, following
“SAMUI+ MODEL” rules and regulations.
