Measures for Guest Administration Offices at Ko

Samui, Ko Pha-ngan and Ko Tao Ports

- After tourists arrive at Ko Pha-ngan and Ko Tao, they will be transferred to the

AQ hotels by cars registered with local CCSA and should have a SAMUI+ sign
on their vehicles. All drivers must be fully vaccinated (following the condition
of each vaccine) and must pass the designated training course. Tourists are not
allowed to rent cars or travel by themselves. Tourists must always wear face
masks and maintain proper social distancing during the transfer rides.

5.2 Cleaning Procedures

- Cleaning toilets at the ports by using disinfectant and leave it for at least 10
minutes. Wipe hand-held bidets, toilet seats, toilet covers, toilet flushes, wash
basins and faucets with disinfectant towels.

- After cleaning all areas, cleaning staff take off the PPE following the guidelines
or training instructions to prevent the infection. All used PPE will be collected
and disposed in infectious waste containers within the designated area.

- Cleaning tools and equipment need to be cleaned properly according to the
standards of cleaning instructions before reusing them.
