SAMUI MODEL

Measures for Accommodating Tourists during

Day 8-14

1. Objective

To provide practical guidance for welcoming and accommodating tourists when they first
arrive and while staying at SHA+ hotels. This guideline includes facility management,

operational guidelines for hotels staff to do before and during the service.

2. Scope

This handout provides details of standard operating procedures for related agencies to help
them manage and provide accurate services for fully vaccinated foreign tourists, following
“SAMUI+ MODEL” rules and regulations.
