               many people who impact their purchasing decisions.
                   Influenced by personal experience
               -  When  someone  has  their  personal  experience  with
               the product or services, that will make them easier to
               choose  what  product  they  should  buy  which  meets
               their satisfaction.
                   Influenced by media
               -  Media  means  communication  which  is  television,
               radio, and blog this has a significant role to influence
               others.

                                           The last stage for consumer decision-making process.
                                               Influenced by personal experience.

                                           - when their sensory knowledge of internal and
                                           external events in the present instant, or a collection
                                           of experiences that create an empirical unity, such as a
                                           period of existence.
                                               Influenced by social factors.

                                           - The consumer surrounded by many people that
                                           might impact their purchase decision.
