8. The next window allows us to choose how we want Access to store the description.
We can either have it remembered for later use or stored in the ExtrasDescription field.
Click on Store that value in this field and select ExtrasID from the pull-down menu. This
binds the data that is selected in the Sales Form to the Extras Table. Click on Next.

Microsoft Office Access can store the selected value from your combo
box in your database, or remember the value so you can use it later to

9. Finally, the label for the Combo Box should be Extras Description. Click Finish.
10. We already have a label for the newly created Combo Box so we can delete the
new one. Be careful not to delete the Combo Box.
11. Open the form in Form View and examine your new Combo Box by clicking on
the pull-down menu to ensure that all descriptions are clearly visible. The column widths
can be adjusted by returning to the Design View, right-clicking on the Combo Box, and
selecting Properties. The Column Widths property contains a listing of each of the column
