Combo Box Wizard
This "'"izard creates a combo box, which displays a list of values you
can choose from. How do you want your combo box to get its values?

4. The Wizard will ask which table should provide the values for your Combo Box.
Click on the ExtrasTable and click Next
5. In the next window, select the ExtrasDescription and ExtrasPrice fields. (Make
sure that Access automatically selected the ExtrasID field. If not, you will have to go back
and select it manually.) Click Next
6. The following window allows us to choose the order in which we want the data
to be displayed in the Combo Box. Select ExtrasDescription and Ascending. This will
result in an alphabetical display of the description in the Combo Box. Click Next
What sort order do you want for your list?
You can sort records by up to four fields, in either
asc{lnding or descending order.

7. Follow the directions in the next window to adjust the column width by double-
clicking on the Extras Description column and the Extras Price column and then click Next
