               Dean	Jackson:	        00:23:49	     But	if	you	look	at	it,	the	only	real	capital	that	he	put	into	this	is
                                                   the	first	money	that	he	took	to	get	to	that	first	transaction	and
                                                   the	rest	of	it	has	been	self	sustaining.	So	pretty	exciting	when
                                                   you	start	to	think	about	how	this	could	play	out	for	you	taking
                                                   this	long	term	approach.	Now,	that	really	gives	us	our	first
                                                   opportunity.	That's	a	mindset.	Do	you	think	that	knowing	what
                                                   you	know	now,	having	seen	something	like	this	plus	coupling
                                                   this	with	your	own,	sort	of,	anecdotal	suspicion	that	this	is	going
                                                   on,	how	many	of	you	believe	firmly	that	there	is	five	times	more
                                                   value	in	the	long	term	than	the	short	term	for	yourself?	Okay.

                                                   Now,	this	is	our,	kind	of,	guiding	principle.	There	we	go.
                                                   Conversion	multiplier	number	two	is	to	send	that	nine	word
                                                   email	to	unconverted	prospects.	Has	anybody	ever	heard
                                                   somebody	talk	about	the	nine	word	email?	Okay,	it's	kind	of
                                                   taken	on	a	life	of	its	own	but	it's	pretty	magical	and	it's
                                                   something	that	you	could	literally	do	right	now,	even,	while
                                                   we're	here.	While	we're	talking,	certainly	over	the	next	three
                                                   days.	I	know	that	if	you	do	this	that	there'll	be	an	opportunity
                                                   for	you	to	maybe	make	money	before	the	three	days	is	over.	I
                                                   see	it	happen	every	single	time	that	I	do	my	Breakthrough
                                                   Blueprint	events.	I'll	have	people	on	day	one	or	day	two	will
                                                   send	out	nine	word	emails	live	while	we're	in	the	room	and
                                                   people	end	up	making	money	before	breakfast	the	next
                                                   morning,	which	is	kind	of	exciting.	So	I'm	gonna	give	you	guys
                                                   the	same	opportunity	here.	Here's	how	it	works,	is	that	right
                                                   now	you	have...	well	let	me	ask	you	this.	How	many	of	you	have
                                                   leads	that	are	in	your	email	list	that	came	in	more	than	90	days
                                                   ago?	Has	anybody	got	that?	Okay.	Well	you	may	be	sitting	on	a
                                                   goldmine	right	now	just	waiting	for	you	to	press	send	to	collect
                                                   it.	So	here's	what	we	do	is	that	if	we	know	now	that	85%	of	the
                                                   people	are	gonna	buy	longer	than	90	days	from	when	they	opt
                                                   in,	that's	where	our	first	opportunity	is	to	kind	of	check	in.	If
                                                   they	opted	in	90	days	ago	to	send	a	message	and	just	ask	them
                                                   if	they're	still	interested	or	if	they're	still	looking	for	or,	I'll	show
                                                   you	some	examples.	I	want	you	to	find	a	note	page	where	you
                                                   can	kind	of	write	some	examples	here.	I	want	you	to	think	about
                                                   how	you	could,	what	would	be	an	appropriate	nine	word	email
                                                   for	you	to	send.	Here's	the	original,	this	is	the	very	first	one	that
                                                   we	did.	This	was	for	a	real	estate	agent.	She	had	been	running
                                                   one	of	our	websites	for	quite	a	long	time.	She'd	been,	I	think,
                                                   about	18	months	she'd	been	running	the	website.	Then,	her
                                                   mother	got	sick	and	she	had	to	take	some	time	off.	She	was
