course participants engaged and participated in productive discussion, the lecturers
are friendly, approachable and could be easily contacted and the lecturer provided
clear instructions on how to participate in course learning activities. The item of
conversing through Google Classroom for learning activity had the lowest mean of
4.22. This result indicates that respondents disagreed that it is comfortable to converse
through Google Classroom for learning activity. Therefore, lecturers should be more
careful about the languages used and mannerism shown when conducting online
learning using Google Classroom. Therefore, contribution of lecturers using Google
Classroom in conducting online learning is very important to allow the respondents to
have a better understanding of the course content, resources and assignments. This
will help the respondents to interact with other participants more comfortably.

mean of 4.53. This shows that respondents agreed that Google Classroom helps them
to be more effective and productive. The lowest mean of 4.21 was the item Google
Classroom helps to save time. This shows that respondents disagreed that Google
Classroom helps them to save time when using it.
