Stunning Sword                                         Girallon
        Type: Trait.

        vicinity.  The target and each creature within 10
        feet of it must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving
        throw, taking 13 (3d8) lightning damage on a failed
        save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
