E U N I C E K A N W E N G Y A N
Eunice Kan Weng Yan is a Le Cordon Bleu student,
pursuing Diplômé de Pâtisserie.
She has always had a strong-held passion for
baking pastries, learning about desserts and
exploring food science ever since she was a little
girl. She developed a curious mind with regards to
Pastries and Food Science.
There are a few reasons as to why she chose to
pursue Pastries and Integrated Food Sci ence. First
of, Learning about why and how food reacts the
way they do when mixed around with a different
ingredient, about its methods, origins, the cuisines
and what causes it, has made her interest arise in
finding out and learning more about it. She enjoys
discovering the food science behind it all. The other
reason she chose to pursue Pastry is because she
enjoys baking and cooking for others. It feels great
to see others' excitement on their face s before
devouring any type of dishes or pastries , whether
it’s a cake, cupcakes, or cookies etc. , has always
made her delighted. With that inquisitive mind she
decided to take up a course that is related to
Pastries and to further studies in Integrated food
Science.
Aside from her strong interest in Pastries and
Integrated Food Science, Eunice enjoys playi ng
sports whenever she has free time on hand such as
,Basketball , Football, Volleyball, Skateboarding,
Gymnastics and many more. She enjoys planning
events too, decorating events and setting them up.
She has helped with planning and setting up
several events in Tenby back in 2017-2019. She is
looking forward to bringing everyone more exciting
and lively events in the future :).
