2. Breathing in short, he knows: “I am breathing in short”;

3. He trains thus: “Experiencing the entire (breath-) body, I shall breathe in”;

he trains thus: “Experiencing the entire (breath-) body, I shall breathe out”.
4. He trains thus: “Calming the bodily formation, I shall breathe in”;
