E-MODULE DEVELOPMENT BASED ON THE STUDENTS NEEDS

Abstract
The strategy of integrating Internet and digital technologies has been widely used in
the learning and teaching process. The use of Internet and digital technology as a
medium for the delivery of content and a platform to interact is a challenge for students
and educators. The main objectives of this study are (i) To determine e-Modules
developed have features that help PdP and be effective in applying learning theory?
(ii) To analyze the needs of students for business law emodule (iii) To analyze the
needs of educator for business law e-modules (iv) To analyze business law student
learning styles that need to be considered in developing e-modules (v) To developing
learning materials and developing e-modules of business law with blogspot.com (vi)
To review whether e-modules of business law developed are effective for enhancing
student achievement. There are two main phases in this study: (i) e-Module
Development Phase and e-Module Effectiveness Test Phase. In the development E-
Module phase, the steps involved are (I Analyze the requirements of the e-module
'Law of Contract', (ii) the design of E-module, (iii) the development of E-module phase
and (iv) For the second phase, the main steps are (i) Implementing e-modules that have
been developed (ii) Performing pre and post tests to determine the effectiveness of the
developed e-modules. The findings show that the materials needed by students are (i)
Definitions of terms related to topics (ii) Facts of cases involved (iii) Sections
involved, (iv) Short Notes, (v) Mind Map and Case Study Questions E-Module
Efficiency Results show that the Paired Samples Analysis Test there are significant
change between post learning and pre-learning scores (P <0.05). E-Module 'Law of
Contract' can improve students’ achievement but also help students to have active
learning process.
