COURSE OUTCOMES:
By the end of this course, students should be able to:
Describe the main principles, methods for preparation and cloning of DNA in various organisms.
Express clearly about the gene amplification and methods for analysis of DNA, such as hybridization,
restriction analysis and gene expressions.
Use genetic and biotechnological techniques to manipulate genetic materials and develops new and
improved living organisms.
Students will be aware of the hazardous chemicals and safety precautions in case of emergency.
