5) All the implementing partners in the Project agreed to have a presentation of the lessons

learned on July 2, 2022 under the name “Hybrid Expo: Speeding toward the crisis of an Aged

Society: Time Bank for all age groups in Pasi Charoen District.” The event slogans were “Do ‘Yes’

and “Like ‘Saving time’ instead of money.’" The event was held at Siam University. There were 121
on-site participants and 145 livestreams. The result of the event was not only to describe the

lessons of the Time Bank operations, but also to attract the attention of academics,

executives/policy makers, representatives from government agencies, the private sector, the

community and other stakeholders. The media were also interested in covering the event. Most

importantly, the event showcased the sense of local ownership of the Project agenda in the
advocating for a “Time Bank for All Age Groups Pasi Charoen District.” The Task Forces in each

area took the lead to present their experience, views, principles, and processes of operations, while

the Project team and network partners stayed in the background as supporters.

Core Project Activity # 5: Monitoring and Empowering the Project

                       Part 1: Monitoring and Empowerment

                       1) The Project mobilized ad hoc multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge about the

Project, and there is continuous outside support for the potential of collaborative development.

However, the Project still lacks full-time personnel to maintain the Project mission on the ground.

Therefore, there is still a need to recruit a full-time team to sustain community development work

and advocacy in the next phase.

                       2) There is on-going follow-up and empowering of the teams in the various models through
learning exchange, local experiential learning, and team meetings, either on-site or online. During

the report period, a total of 37 meetings were convened, consisting of 22 on-site and 15 online

               meetings.

                       3) The Project staff has coordinated with ThaiHealth for consultation and enhancing

operational potential, especially in the management of the Project. However, due to the constraints

imposed by containment of Covid-19, the Project was unable to organize all the planned
disseminations at academic forums, or conduct study tours both inside and outside the area. These

are expected to be conducted in the next phase of the Project.
