Task Force in nine pilot sites. The members of the Project Task Forces consist of representatives of

the Time Bank, the pilot area, representatives of other interested communities, representatives from

government agencies, the private sector, and the host communities, which collaborate in advocating

               for Project implementation.

In addition, in 2021-22, there was coordination with foreign partners (at least eight people)
to exchange information and operational experience in applying the Time Bank concept. Within Pasi

Charoen District, there has been an increase of network partners in 2022 to 68 people from nine

partners, e.g., public/private sector partners, communities in Pasi Charoen District, Senior Citizens’

clubs, educational institutions, mass media, etc. In total, the number of network partners who have

participated in advocating for the implementation of the Time Bank includes 534 individuals.

                       3) The Project prepared directories of network partners to catalogue information on human
resources capital in the area, including agencies, partners, and skills to support the implementation

of the Project. During 2019-22, a total of 544 people contributed to the process, consisting of 66

personnel from local educational institutions, 181 Time Bank members, 58 community leaders, 15

Senior Citizens club members, 173 representatives from 18 public and private sector partners, 33

representatives from the media network, and eight persons outside of Thailand involved in Time

               Bank networking.

                       4) Experience in time banking in Pasi Charoen was shared with similar activities in Japan, UK,

New Zealand, and the United States. These individuals compared insights, and explored the need
for more information to consolidate the Time Bank experience in different contexts. That

information will be useful in comparing the body of knowledge and extracting lessons learned from

multi-country applications, including those in Thailand.

                       5) The Project organized forums to exchange learning with network partners who voluntarily

participated in the operation continuously in the form of local meetings and through online

platforms to support the operations of Time Bank and the HI/CI with the following results:

                       • A network of partners to join the Project Task Force was formed to develop Time Bank in

               all nine pilot areas.
