4) The Project has continually organized the process of distilling lessons learned with its
counterparts in the pilot sites. This includes informal exchange as well as 37 formal meetings. One
lesson is that there is still a need to boost the potential of counterparts at all levels. All participants
need to be able to communicate and advocate the key activities on their own. In the first phase of
advocacy, there should be a team leader who spearheads the effort. The rest of the team members
provide supplementary support. Team members rotate functions so that all will acquire the ability
to advocate for all aspects of the project. Ultimately, they should be able to extract and apply
lessons learned from implementation on their own.
Part 2: Monitoring and Empowering the Project Task Force
1) The Project coordinated with relevant government agencies, the private sector, the host
communities, and representatives from the localities who voluntarily joined in with the Project Task
Force in the nine pilot sites to support implementation of the Time Banks for all age groups in Pasi
Charoen District. A total of 18 of these representatives were recruited to serve on a network group,
and liaise with the Time Bank teams in each pilot site. This mechanism of task forces is expected
to be on-going and part of the strategy for sustainability.
2) The Project organized 17 online meetings to solicit opinions of the Project Task Force
members, jointly manage the Project, and reinforce the roles and duties throughout the Project
implementation. The results of the meeting led to the integration of Time Bank operations with HI
and CI during Covid-19 outbreaks. The Task Forces supported the ongoing operations of the core
Project mission. They also participated in advocating for the Time Bank operations and extracting
lessons from the nine pilot sites as a basis for presentations at the Hybrid Expo on July 2, 2022. The
Task Force teams participated in planning the next phase of the Project implementation in order to
make the development of the “Time Bank for all age groups Pasi Charoen District” a tangible reality,
despite the variety of contexts in each area, while adhering to the same set of principles, concepts
and objectives.
3) Due to the constraints imposed by Covid-19, the network group mechanism was not
implemented as continuously as planned. There was continual need to conduct surveillance for
outbreaks and risk prevention. Still, the network group remains in tact, and operations should be
more continuous in the next phase of the Project. This dedication is reflected in advocating for the
