• Network partners (both public and private sector) supported the operation of the Time

Bank, and worked together to organize HI/CI systems for all nine pilot areas. This included testing

for Covid-19 in risk groups, supporting personal protective equipment (PPE), conducting public

relations to enhance knowledge, follow up treatment outcomes, and join advocacy in extracting
lessons learned together, among other outputs.

                       • From the distillation of lessons learned from the nine pilot sites and network partners, it

was agreed that there should be a forum to present the operational lessons from the "Time Bank

for all age groups Pasi Charoen District" to a wider audience. The opportunity for this was limited

during the Covid restrictions. However, now that restrictions have been relaxed, there should be

local and regional forums, including in-person and online formats. A hybrid exhibition was held July
2, 2022, which included defining the role of partners in advocating for the event.

                       • Network partners proposed that there be a central mechanism of the Project Task Force

Time Bank, and apply the learning process to advance and replicate the mechanisms and strategies

of implementation. However, the aspect of using the Time Bank to accommodate an aged society

is a new paradigm. Thus, there needs to be an orientation stage so that stakeholders and host

communities thoroughly understand the concept. This should start from the group of people in the

local area, and expand toward the provincial and national level audience. There have to be some

uniform standards. Otherwise, if, say, government agencies try to implement the model by assigning
new roles to personnel, that might cause confusion or rejection. Thus, there needs to be a gradual

process of education and orientation to achieve an adequate level of awareness, understanding,

and consensus on joint advocacy. Government partners moving to new areas (outside of Pasi

Charoen District) continue to show their commitment to join the Time Bank advocacy effort, and

they are integrating these new concepts and principles into the local development plans.

Core Project Activity # 3: Integration of learning for the Youth and local residents

The Project was able to integrate learning from the implementation of a “Time Bank to
accommodate an aged society” for youth and adults in the Project area. This was done in

collaboration with advocating for the Time Bank's development in the nine pilot sites and as part of

a survey of contextual data. The survey included an assessment of the willingness of educational

institutions in Pasi Charoen District to help support information needs in advocating for the
