Crimp diameters for Exmar ferrules as detailed in this catalogue are a guide only! Use only 8
jaw swaging machine.

For SAE 100R7/8 Thermoplastic Ferrules correct assembly is achieved after
a 7% reduction of the hosetail inside diameter.

Please be aware that hose suppliers may not have the same dimensional tolerences yet still
be within the SAE specifications.

For this reason we strongly advise to TEST ALL HOSE ASSEMBLIES!

NOTE : Please enquire if the item you require is not listed as we are constantly expanding
our range of hose fittings.

Note: Exmar anti-seize paste should be used for assembly of Stainless Steel threads.
