1. Pupils study the notes given in the tree map.
2. Teacher divides pupils into groups. Pupils in each group discuss freely.
3. Ask each group to choose if they ‘agree’ or ‘disagree’ with the topic given. Each group chooses one opinion and expands the notes
given expressing their collective opinion.
4. Encourage pupils to ask each other questions to help expand the notes and ideas. E.g. How do people get unlimited access on the
Internet?, Can the Internet help people stay connected?, Why do people download content illegally?, Who suffers?, Is our personal
information safe on the Internet?
5. Each group takes turns to present their opinion.
