                  PdPc Ideas
               1.  Divide pupils of mixed abilities into groups of four. Get them to brainstorm on laboratory equipment and what they are used for.
               2.  A leader takes note. A pupil from each group takes turn to present their list.
               3.  Teacher gets pupils to prepare the rules and regulations.
               4.  Teacher uses One Stray cooperative learning style. Teacher calls out ‘Stray’. A pupil from each group stands up.
               5.  The remaining teammates remain seated but raise their hands until a new member joins their group. Pupils share information in the new
                  team. Pupils return to the original team to share the ideas gathered.
               6.  Teacher uses Jot Thoughts to encourage students to list the reason why it is important to follow rules in the science laboratory.

               1.  Before getting pupils to read the text, get pupils to talk about how robots have changed education.
               2.  Teacher sets a time limit. Get pupils to sit in a group of 4 and brainstorm ideas. Number the pupils 1 to 4.
               3.  Teacher uses One Stray cooperative learning style.
                  One Stray
                  i.  Pupils take turns to give their ideas.
                  ii.  A pupil records the point discussed.
                  iii.  Teacher randomly calls out a number and says ‘Stray’. The pupil called leaves the group to move around to get ideas from other
                     groups. The pupil then returns to the original group to share what she/he has learnt when he/she strayed.
               4.  Pupils read the text and complete the answers. Teacher gets pupils to read text aloud and discusses the answers.
