             1.  Teacher asks pupils to listen and read the notes given.
             2.  Teacher gets pupils to sit in groups of four and write 3 sentences using will and 3 sentences using won’t.
             3.  Teacher gets the leader to read out their sentences. Pupils from other groups give feedback on the accuracy of the sentences.
             4.  Teacher gets pupils complete the exercise given before discussing the answers.
             5.  Note that Exercise B can have a variety of answers.

             1.  Teacher asks pupils to listen to the words in Track 13 and repeat with the correct pronunciation and intonation. Teacher gets pupils to take
                note of the spelling of the words.
             2.  Teacher reads out a word and pupils write on small white boards and flash when the teacher says ‘show’.
             3.  Get pupils to check out the meaning of the words.
             4.  Teacher gets pupils to listen to Track 14 and sequence the steps. Teacher uses the Think-Pair-Share technique.
             5.   Pupils listen and complete exercises.
             6.  Pupils compare the answers. Teacher calls pairs of pupils at random to share their answers.

             1.  Get pupils to brainstorm for ideas. Teacher gets pupils to talk about modern invention and how it benefited mankind. Teacher uses Timed
                Pair Share cooperative learning style.
             2.  Teacher teaches pupils two responses.

                •  ‘Your most interesting idea is...’
             3.  Teacher sets a time limit. Pupil pairs with a partner.
                •  Partner A shares.
                •  Partner B listens and gives the responses taught.
                •  Partner switches roles.
             4.  Teacher can repeat the procedure so that pupils pair up with other pupils to generate more ideas.
             5.  Teacher gets pupils to work in pairs to complete the essay.
