Talent Cost: 2 (Counts as 2 Talents).
The lich targets an undead creature within 60 feet.
A creature hit by a lamia's Intoxicating Touch must
make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or have its
Wisdom score reduced by 1d4. The target becomes
insane if this reduces its Wisdom to 0. An insane
creature can't take reactions or move, and it uses
its action to make a melee or ranged attack against
a randomly determined creature within range. If
the target can't attack, it does nothing on its turn.
A creature's lost Wisdom points can be restored
with the greater restoration spell or similar magic.
Otherwise, the reduction lasts until the target
finishes a short or long rest.
