                                                            Abstract

                        The purpose of this article is to describe the Information and Communication
                        Technology (ICT) in pragmatic learning. The methodology used in this article is
                        literature review design. Data is in the form of theoretical exposures from various
                        secondary sources containing information about the role of technology in pragmatic
                        learning; both concerning in the underlying of principles and alternative concepts of
                        pragmatic learning that used technology. Data collection used an instrument in the
                        form of a recording matrix which was arranged based on needs. The results of the
                        study show that ICT can be used in pragmatic learning, such as electronic letters (E-
                        mail), cell phones, digital cameras, videos, websites, YouTube, blogging, wikipedia,
                        and skype. In The integration of ICT into pragmatic learning consider five things;
                        design, development, utilization, management, and evaluation or refer to ethical
                        practices that has a purpose to facilitate the learning activities and improve the
                        performance by creating, using, managing, and pay attention to the suitability between
                        people and the learning environment in applying methods, selecting learning
                        materials, using media and technology, and conducting learning evaluations. In
                        conlusion, ICT has contributed significantly to enhancing student pragmatic
                        competence.
