• “Management” For this dimension, every participating area reflected lessons that indicate

different potential, readiness, and limitations. There is a communication system (using the LINE group

applications, phone contact, voice overs, small group meetings, etc.) The implementers mobilized

network partners to help and support, as well as follow up with families of vulnerable groups and
those who are infected with Covid.

The Project Task Forces and network partners in all nine pilot sites agreed that, in order for

advocating for the implementation of “Time Bank for All Ages” to be feasible, each site must have

the requisite amount of the four “M’s,” as well as the commitment to the joint operations of the

members in the area. That will generate lessons that reflect on society for further collaborative
               learning going forward.

Core Project Activity # 2: Mobilizing the collaborative network for implementation

One of the goals of the development of a “Time Bank for all age groups in Pasi Charoen

District” is to improve society’s ability to accommodate an aged society. The time bank is a new

paradigm, and all network partners in the area must learn and participate in the process of designing

the operations to generate a sense of co-hosting or ‘ownership’ of the endeavor. Therefore, the

Project designed the main activities for the mobilization of network partners across all sectors,
including the public, private, community, and other related sectors, as summarized below:

                       1) The Project convened meetings with network partners to present the concept of Time

Bank and the impact of demographic change, as well as to present the implementation plan and

lessons of the nine pilot sites with network partners and personnel of the Pasi Charoen District office.

These meetings were in-person and online. The aim was also to support HI / CI. During the report

period, 20 sessions were attended, totaling 129 unique individuals (519 person-visits) from 18

               agencies.

                       2) The Project mobilized the cooperation of network partners as an advocacy team to

advance the development of the “Time Bank for All Age Groups in Pasi Charoen District.” This
included a survey of perceptions and opinions on the development of the “Time Bank for All Age

Groups in Pasi Charoen District” and joining as members of the Project Task Forces. The survey

operation is a continuation from the previous project, which resulted in the application for a Project
