• “Management” For this dimension, every participating area reflected lessons that indicate
different potential, readiness, and limitations. There is a communication system (using the LINE group
applications, phone contact, voice overs, small group meetings, etc.) The implementers mobilized
network partners to help and support, as well as follow up with families of vulnerable groups and
those who are infected with Covid.
The Project Task Forces and network partners in all nine pilot sites agreed that, in order for
advocating for the implementation of “Time Bank for All Ages” to be feasible, each site must have
the requisite amount of the four “M’s,” as well as the commitment to the joint operations of the

lessons of the nine pilot sites with network partners and personnel of the Pasi Charoen District office.
These meetings were in-person and online. The aim was also to support HI / CI. During the report
period, 20 sessions were attended, totaling 129 unique individuals (519 person-visits) from 18
agencies.
2) The Project mobilized the cooperation of network partners as an advocacy team to
advance the development of the “Time Bank for All Age Groups in Pasi Charoen District.” This
included a survey of perceptions and opinions on the development of the “Time Bank for All Age
