Task Force of each area. In the event that any Time Bank member wants to spend more "time" than

they have saved, they can borrow “time” from the Time Fund.

“Time Bank Fund” is a mechanism to accumulate a budget that is supported by both

the Project and its network partners. The donations can be used to manage and support the activities
of the respective Time Bank branches, depending on the mutual agreement of Time Bank members

in setting the management regulations of the Time Bank Fund.

                           7) In the operations of the Time Bank for all age groups in Pasi Charoen District, the

Project has organized a process for participation to create a sense of ownership of agenda issues of

residents in the vicinity of the Time Bank branch, together with other members of the community,

as well as other interested parties and agencies who want to learn. As a result, there are three origins

of support for the management of the Project Task Force, namely:

                           a) Arising from the project task force's collaborative learning process in the same area
                           b) Originating from the learning exchange group of Project Task Force members in

               different areas

                           c) Caused by the support from the Project team

All nine pilot sites have developed a database system that reflects the population

structure of their domain. The Project counterparts participated in the design of the components

of the household questionnaire, which includes 23 data elements to reflect the profile of the local

population. The Project Task Forces collected data on households, and entered the results into

Google Forms (https://forms.gle/ARU73xCnxYzseFRo7). Currently, the household survey has reached
2,338 people in the nine pilot sites (or nearly 40% of the population in the Project area in 2020).

The survey identified 160 people who were Time Bank members (6.8%). This preliminary information

can be used by Project Time Bank Task Forces to mobilize a collaborative learning process of people

in the area in order to stimulate further applications of Time Bank membership. In the next phase

of development of the Project, this database will be digitized so that the data can be used to

forecast the evolution of the aging populations of these communities, and use that information to
more effectively manage the Time Bank at each branch.

                           8) In addition, the Project has produced instruments for collecting data on the

operations of Time Bank in the area, such as manuals, guidelines, forms for recording deposit-
